General conditions of use of the Buddha-Station site

The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the use of </ a > and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

The Buddha-Station Inc. group, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”,

Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.

The general conditions of use must be accepted by all Users, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Access to services

The User of has access to the following services:

  • digital cafeteria providing healthy meals and snacks for businesses
  • ordering and delivery of healthy and artisanal meals at home
  • concierge-meal service for 5-star members
  • leadership, corporate culture and podcast content

Any User with internet access can access the site for free and from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

The following services are not accessible to the User unless they are a member of the site, that is to say they are identified using their login details:

Station, Fridge, Hybrid and Buddha-Concierge Service

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular during maintenance, without notice or justification.

Responsibility of the User

The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of his login ID and password. The User’s password must be kept secret. In the event of disclosure of a password, the Publisher declines all responsibility. The User assumes full responsibility for the use he makes of the information and content present on the site. Any use of the service by the User having directly or indirectly as a consequence of damage must be compensated for the benefit of the site

Any malfunction of the server or the network cannot engage the responsibility of the Publisher.

Likewise, the site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party. Buddha-Station is committed to implementing all necessary means to guarantee data security and confidentiality. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security. The Publisher reserves the right to not guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information disseminated on the site is deemed reliable.

Intellectual property

The contents of the Buddha-Station site (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright, under the Intellectual Property Code. The User must obtain the permission of the publisher of the site before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents, which can be used by users for private purposes; all commercial use is prohibited. The User is fully responsible for any content he uploads and he agrees not to harm a third party.

Buddha-Station reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.

Contract length

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract becomes effective with regard to the User from the start of use of the service.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is subject to Canadian law.

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Quebec City, Canada are competent to settle the dispute.


When will I receive my order? All our orders are shipped at the beginning of the week, on Mondays and Tuesdays. The shipping time depends on your place of residence.

Where will my order be shipped from? From our head office in Quebec, we ship everywhere in Quebec, always maintaining the cold chain! My order should have arrived, but I still have not received it. What should I do ?

How are your products made?

Our Buddha-Chef creates and tests the recipes and entrusts them to multiple artisan and local subcontractors who lovingly craft our recipes. We also ensure intense quality control!
